Upcoming workshop ASC is offering in North Mecklenburg July 11

As an ASC board member, I have been advocating for more grant funds dedicated to Lake Norman.

ASC is reaching out today in hopes that you will help us share the word about an upcoming workshop ASC is offering in North Mecklenburg July 11.

ASC supports Mecklenburg County-based nonprofits and creative individuals who are providing high quality arts and culture projects that respond to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community’s interest in arts, science, history and heritage programming through Cultural Vision Grants. Our newest Culture Blocks initiative is slated to begin in Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville this year. ASC also supports Mecklenburg County and regional artists through Regional Artist Project Grants and the Community Supported Art program.

ASC Program Directors Eboni Wallace and Liz Fitzgerald will introduce each of the programs and describe ways creative individuals and organizations can find support for their work on July 11, 2019, 6-8 p.m. at Brick Row at Oak Street Mill (19725 Oak St., #9, Cornelius, NC 28031).

We hope you will join us, and that you will share the invitation with creatives you know working and living in North Mecklenburg.
